MY main concerns are A) That seniority is being thrown out the window (you could lose your job before your retirement to someone with only 1-2 years of service, who 'please' the boss more).....B) This would promote rampant favoritism/more "Golden Boys" than we have now... C) Encourage more dictatorial supervisors ("my way or the highway")....D) Increasingly repressive/stressful working conditions (likely)....... E) This would be a backwards step at the expense of individual employee rights. F) I'm afraid that the higher levels of management want this, because they won't have to deal fairly with employees (whom they consider an onerous burden). I don't trust them-if they want it, it must be bad for the employee.
