Comments:
The proposed rules in NSPS mean that Federal employees could be assigned anywhere in the world, even into a war zone, with little or no notice. Civilian employees signed up for a civilian job. They did not enlist in the military. The volunteer system of today works well. America is at war. We are all fighting for democracy abroad. But these regulations are an attack on the basic rights of workers.
