WHEN THE CONTROL OF PROMOTIONS, AWARDS AND THE HIRING AND FIRING IS HANDED OVER TO THE MANAGEMENT AGAIN TEAMING WILL GO DOWN THE TUBES BECAUSE OF ALL THE BROWN NOSEING THAT WILL BE GOING ON. THERE WILL BE MANAGERS PETS, PEOPLE THAT WILL BE TAKING COFFEEE INTO THE MANAGERS OFFICE ALL DAY AND SITTING AND TALKING INSTEAD OF DOING THERE JOB AND IF THEY ARE ABLE TO GET FREE TICKETS TO GAMES, THEATER OR WHATEVER THEY WILL BE THE ONES GETTING THE PROMOTION AND AWARDS. IF YOU GET FIRED BECAUSE MANAGEMENT DID NOT LIKE YOUR LOOKS OR SUGGESTIONS THAT GOES AGAINST THERE IDEAS THEN THERE FAMILY OR FRIENDS WILL GET HIRED ON TO SIT AROUND AND DO NOTHING WHILE THE TRUE WORKERS DO ALL THE WORK AND THE JOBS GO DOWN HILL. BUT WITHOUT PROOF OF THIS HAPPENING NOTHING CAN BE DONE TO STOP IT AND IF YOU GO TO HIGHER MANAGEMENT ABOUT IT YOU ARE TOLD TO KEEP QUITE OR TAGGED AS A TROUBLE MAKER. I HAVE SEEN IT AND SOME OF IT STOPPED OR ACTUALL SLOWED DOWN WHEN WE TEAMED. MANAGMENT WAS AGAINST TEAMING TO START WITH BECAUSE THEY LOST CONTROL NOW IT IS BEING GIVEN BACK TO THEM TO WRECK HAVOC AMONG THE WORK FORCE. I HEARD THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AN ADVANCEMENT IN PROGRESS BUT INSTEAD IT IS GOING BACKWARD IN TIME TO MAKE THE WORK FORCE SLAVES TO MANAGEMENT. 95 PERCENT OF THE PROCESS NEEDS TO BE THROWN OUT AND REWORKED BEFORE IT GOES ANY FURTHER.
