As usual there is always a ploy for those who have POSITION OF POWER to flex there muscle. The middle class hardworking males and females are the ones who always take the hit from the upper and lower classes of the United States. I personally have been trying to maintain a family of four with the salary that I have been lucky and deserving to get by the old fashion way of hardwork versus sucking up. I understand now that with this proposed nonsense, this will give some person who is in management the right to decide the fate of the common person without no input. I feel not only is this ridiculous, but now it will take the ability to advance fairly for step increases and promotions due to good ole boy systems and your my friend and I will take care of you. I STRONGLY OPPOSE this because it will destroy the economy and middle class worker!!!!!!
