I am against the NSPS and will fight for the appeal of the system. I will be writing my Senator and Congressman concerning this new personal system. I object to Subpart C concerning pay bands. When you let a supervisor determine how much each employee earns this will lead to a good old boy system. You will not be paid on how hard you work but on how much favor you have with your supervisor. This system will pit employees against each other and their supervisor. This system will also pit supervisor against each other. The government and its employees set standards for ethics and fair play which include a fair pay system for the employees. The new NSPS will lead to turnover of employees, decline in ethics in government, and a decline in service to the american citizen.
