I have 30 years of civil service and 51 and I can't beleive what I'm reading. It is a major slap in the face for the goverment to step in and make those changes. First of all most superviser are from the good old boy school and the new system would is perfect for them and there friends and will not reward the people that deserve it, and your going to let them control my pay raise it's just wrong. Civil Service has come along way since I started and now I see our system being torn apart by our goverment. In all my time I don't know one goverment worker that has gotten wealthy being employed by the goverment. I beleive this new system will reward no one only tear apart a system we dedicated workers have strived to keep together.
