Raise/ Bonus: I think this is a good tool to use only if Supervisor/Mangers treat everbody with fairness. The above will not work if favortism and you are my best employee is shown. Managers/Supervisor need extensive training in this area before it will work. Especially Managers /Supervisor who are in position and don't have a clue as to what they are doing. PAY DEDUCTION: The 10% deduction that is talked about should not take place. Reason being this tool I know will not work. Managers/ Supervisor will come in and if they do not like an employee this tool might be use as a vendater against that employee. LABOR RELATIONS: Union and management are now getting along some what good. This tool should remain the same. STAFFING: This tool will work as long as you do not make it manadatory for an employee to leave an area and leave his/her family behind. TRAINING: Managers/ Supervisor should be train so that they will not mis-treat an employee. Training should be for at least a full week, maybe eight hours a day. Training should be to the point that an employee when he/she comes to work they will feel safe. GENERAL: Please take the time and read all comments and don't rush this into law and then regret it later. :
