This has just been a nightmere in my career. I just can't believe that because of 9/11 we in this country have been taken advantage of by our own Government. All of the changes in the past have not changed the problems we have in civil service work. Management has had several tries to get an evaluation system to work but, they all fail. Evan if managers would really want to evaluate properly they couldn't, nobody could unless they could have a camera on someone 24/7 to really know what someone does all day. But these changes mean alot more than just giving management a very powerful tool which they will fail at, just as they have in the past, but these changes will forever take away a decent and stable job which for many years have givin regular americans a chance to a reasonable life. I can't even start to really look at the rest of the changes I guess I'm going to be in shock for a while. I can only pray for the people who are pushing this terible system on so many american's.
