I would like to take this time to make my feelings made on the issue of changes that, if the Bush administration has it's way, will affect my pay and my rights to negotiate fairly and equitably for pay increases. If the current system is changed to what the Bush administration wants it to be it will be a very sad day for the federal government and all of it's employees. The taking of an objective and relatively fair evaluation system and replacing it with something that will not be objective will be in direct violation of all things that the federal government imposes on most employees in the United States today. Furthermore I cannot understand what the benefit will be for the Bush Administation as in doing this they will only create hate and discontent amongst the employees of the federal government. I would also like to say that as far as taking away my rights as a working man to negotiate in good faith is in direct violation of the current federal labor laws and if it happens I would hate to say what would happen. Is it the goal of the Bush Administation to make the poor poorer and the rich richer?
