Section 9901.333 Setting and adjusting local market supplements This language says that it is DoD''s sole and exclusive descretion to set and adjust local market supplements. How will I be assured that I will get a fair compensation for the work that I perform. Will the new program have anything to do with a market survey? Oh that's right, my Union will not be allowed to do that.
