Section 9901.352 Setting pay upon reassignment. Why is it that when the Department needs me to fill a position in another area, thier need, my pay can go down by 10%? Why would you propose a system that would penalize the very flexability in people that you are saying that you so despirately need to meet National Security!!!!?
