Not enough time has been spent by DOD to thoroughly review and develop an implementation plan for NSPS. It is being hastily implemented. More time needs to be taken by DOD to thoroughly insure that this is a system for the government worker and not just a political initiative. I am opposed to this change. There's nothing wrong with the current system. Please delay implementation of the NSPS until there is assurance that all gray areas have been defined. We're being asked to agree to a plan that has not provided us with all of the information and repercussions to make a decision. I am against implementation.
