Section 9901.354 The more I read the more disillusioned I get about how my rights are being taken away. It is hard to believe that the people who are to lead the future of my financial life could write this language and think that I would say "No problem". Setting pay upon reduction in band. With no independent appelate rights and no issuances issued yet, how do I know what to do with my financial future? If my reduction in pay band is "not through adverse action procedures, DoD will limit any reduction in pay in accordance with implementing issuances." This is unbelivably unfair! Through no fault of my own, my pay will be reduced and they won't tell me anything about it just that they have the power to do it and just wait until I (DoD) write the issuances and see!!
