Comments:
Employees will once again be subject to the whims of their superiors. With no avenues of redress for grievances, good employees will be left "flying without a net". Boot licking is sure to be a major strategy employed by many to keep their jobs. The vast majority of the comments appear to be negative... there's no doubt in my mind these concerns will be summarily dismissed. The Spoils System lives again....
