Section 9901.356 My question is about a reduction in pay? If DoD needs to reassign me or temporarily promote me, they have the right to reduce my pay and it is not considered an adverse action? I don't know about the rest of the free world, but you take money from me... that is ADVERSE!!!! I wonder do the people who wrote this document have a dictionary?????
