I find it consequential that this great new , 20 year old system has not been adopted earlier. Could it`s adoption be the brainchild of someone trying to fix the extreme personal shortfalls of our active duty army? Understand DOD employees enjoy benefits US Army employees don`t and still have to sign a mobility agreement and pass physical requirements if they choose to accept certain positions. Is DOD ready and able to extend these benefits to the US Army employees? If the NSPS system can stand on it`s own merits alone why don`t the other Armed Forces adopt it as well? If they are not inclined to adopt the NSPS refer back to my first question.
