I am totally 100% against this NSPS system that seems to have no reverse other than those who designed and implememented this FORCED law down the throats of the USA middle class work person. I have given 22 years of supporting the MISSION. I now feel as if this could all of been done in VAIN. To invade the perssnal lifes of all who work for the USA Government might just of implelemted SADIUM's LAWS. I am voting for all that is against the people who designed this NSPS and that person who assisted Rumsfeld in getting him on the LEAGAL AGENDA so as not to be ILLEGAL. You have no idea of what you are about to do. There will be sitiuations that have been subduded with the existing personel evaluation system that is broken and needs only a few diffrent methods to make it work for everybody BUT no RUMSFELD wants to be the KING and create the WHEEL to FITS his own AGENDA.
