This proposal is wrong! It is underhanded and cheap to degrade technicians in this manner. You are effectively screwing over the very people that you are asking the most from. By implementing this pay for performance program you are giving more control to same supervisors that created this problem in the first place. I implore you to rethink your position and find an alternative to this system. With this currently proposed system you will assuredly do more harm than good. If this program is indeed implemented then I fear that it will create a mass exodus that will leave the United States in an extremely vulnerable state. If you continue on this path of self-destruction then may God help us all!
