I am a third party national, working under the LN program as a spouse of Army soldier. I have worked as has Human Resources for close to 4 Yrs, and I just obtain my citizenship and being converted to the GS system. I beleive former LN employees coverted to the GS system should have credit toward Service Computation date (SCD) and RIF.
