General Provisions - Subpart A. Subpart A allows DoD to prescribe internal Depatmental issuances that further define the design characterisitcs of the new HR system. In order to facilitate the continuing collaboration, recommend all internal issuances be subject to a formal and open review along with a comment period by all interested parties. Request all internal DoD Departmental be published in the Federal Register.
