Comments:
The section I am commenting on is the one which pay increases will be determine by performance. If you have a supervisor who does not like you then that person will find some reason not to give you a increase in pay although you do a good performance on the job. How can a employee have the supervisor over ruled and get a pay raise that he is due for?
