Comments:
The CFR is very vague but what I think I am reading in-between the lines is that I can be deployed. Does that mean to a war zone? These rules will have a harmful effect on women in the government, especially mothers. If I am killed in a war zone will my family have the same financial benefits as those received by a soldier's family?
