I am concerned by the language amending employee/agency negotiated agreements WRT formal meetings, discipline, and conditions of employment (e.g., mobility). I recommend a reconsideration of the NSPS position on such matters, in the best interests of the US Federal Government Business Model and its Employee Base. Thank you
