First I think this is the worst Idea ever. You say people will be held accountable so who's watching and who’s keeping those accountable, accountable?? This system leaves things so wide open to favoritism it isn’t even funny!!! And what about those GS position in which there isn’t a way to perform better as an example a dispatching job in which who sit there waiting on someone to call you on the radio so now tell me how can you perform better so that you can get that raise ??? You can’t because you’re waiting for something to happen. Also a “PAY POOL”??? That even sound ridiculous how long do you give it before someone has abused that set up I give it 3 weeks before the money is made available if not already I mean have you hear of the term “Money makes people corrupt?” well your about to give birth to many corrupt people!! You’re saying your doing away with the GS system ok as a GS-8-6 and have to kiss up so to speak to get a raise the odds are I will never see the same pay as those that went before me and made it to step 10. So as I see and many other those little hope as to being paid what we have known and planned for, for so many years. Instead of making it better for us you have made it totally one sided and not looked out for those that “DO THE WORK FOR YOU!!!” Then again maybe that’s the plan in the first place?? Also it sounds like you have removed the opportunity for us to use union counsel in some cases and that should not be the case in manner of speaking.
