To whom it may concern.I have been in the ARMY, and also served in the AIR FORCE. I have been in working for DOD over 25 years, and in that time I have seen what or how an unchecked promotion system works. It promotes back stabing, favoratisim, and generaly every under handed bad habit there is. The old saying MESS UP AND MOVE UP was created by this type of system. If a supervisor didn't want to deal with some one promote them out. Or who will get promoted the person who kisses his but or the person who does there job? In my years I have seen both sides of this problem, and here we have something that works leave it alone until the bugs can be worked out.This will pertain to all the sections like a snowball rolling down hill. Thankyou for a chance to express myself. PLEASE LEAVE IT ALONE or at least lets work on it.
