Comments:
I am a new employee with the federal government; coming from private sector management. Although a lot of work is needed on the regulations, I feel NSPS is a good thing. The key is getting managers/supervisors to realize their importance in this new system. Communication is going to be the key. Being paid for my performance and not the amount of years I've been here, is a good thing.
