I find this NSPS proposal preposterous. As DOD civilians, we are supporting this war and our troops as well as the military. I work for the induction center where we test, physical and enlist and ship out the troops. Now we are going to be treated like 2nd class citizens??? I agree with some of the other comments where they say "friend of the supervisor" that you will get treated well and get the raises and promotions, but if you don't get along with your supervisor, you won't get anything and won't be treated fairly. THAT IS NOT FAIR OR AMERICAN AT ALL! I encourage Congress to NOT pass this bill - it will hurt moral. Thank you.
