Workforce Shaping: The type of shaping where more money can be offered to a recruit, talk is up to 100 percent more, will lead to abuse and fraud like we've not seen in our lifetimes. At my installation, we already have nepotism. This promises to be nepotism with a kicker. And, the deals to be made are awe inspiring. Hiring a neighbor who isn't necessarily qualified for a cut of his first year's salary. How about one manager hiring the son of a manager in a different agency for the favor of that manager hiring the first manager's wife. Corruption will abound in no time. Who am I kidding? These activities happen now when they're frowned on. Imagine what the future will be like.
