Section 9901.513 Qualification Standards What is wrong with the qualification standards? Why would we pay a group of people to writ all new standards for positions covered by NSPS? Will I be required under NSPS to have different qualifications from the ones I was hired to do? If so. who will train me for these additional qualifications? How much money will it cost me as a tax payer to write these new qualification standards? I have heard several figures, 4 Billion Dollars was the cost for NSPS according to the DoD budget. Unbelievable. We do not have enough money to pay for the War on Iraq but we can spend all this money on a NEW personnel system.
