NSPS which is a Acryonym for "NO SUPPORT PERSONELL SYSTEM" which is exactly what the average employee will recieve if the system becomes law. I bet if you had a 10th grade test to all Supervisors and managers across the DOD you will find that 75% of them would not pass. My supervisor here would not and cannot be fair to the majority of employee's under him. If you don't kiss his A$$ you might as well find another job. What I'm trying to say is... You in the Upper eschelon of DOD must have a lot of faith that your Supervisors will be fair and will do the right thing when it comes to Employee Evaluations. I however do not and will not come to that conclusion.. that if this system become law then the average employee will at most get only a increase in living expenses annually. I know there are a few fair and honest Supervisors whom employees feel could and would give them a fair evaluation but I know mine is not one of them. It's not that These Managers and Supervisors don't already have enough to do. Please do not pass this new system.
