I just viewed the first page of comments and noticed that there is a overwhelming number of NEGATIVE comments. So why are we looking at replacing what's in place if the NEW way is a much more worse process. WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO BE HEARD!! FORGET THE NEW NSPS....
