Comments:
The 30 day comment period is not meaningful if we still do not know what the policies and procedures are. We are not being informed through our organization of how this new pay system will affect us. There are too many "gray areas" and unanswered questions, such as what are the pay banding groups. This will greatly influence the review. Until then, this pay system is to vague to comments on. At this time, I do not support it, until it becomes better defined.
