I see Pay Banding as a negative impact in our work force. We want to see fairness in our Work Performance Appraisals. With the new "Pay for Performance" system we feel that it's up to the supervisors to discreminate without reasons but maybe because they want to give the money to someone else. Everyone needs to be treated fairly and compensated for the work they do.
