Comments:
I have conserns with a supervisor having sole athoruty to promote and review a worker. It seems like the "Good Ol Boy " System to me. I hope a proper apeals process will be but in place. I hope the people that review will know what kind of specific work and have knoweldge of it for the person or persons they are reviewing.
