What is the point of soliciting comments for this new (and universally disliked) regulation that is already being pushed towards implementation? If the decision to go with this new reg has already been made, what is going to be done with all these comments against this regulation? The federal employees remaining after implementation of this regulation would do well to remember this the next time they have an opportunity to exercise their right to vote ... unless that's regulated away also.
