I feel that with this system in place it will only add to the GOOD OLD BOY image of suppervisors. Higher pay raises and promotions will be given to friends and butt kissers rather than well deserving and unreconized employees. The pay pool will not be policed by any unbiased source. This will create a POOL of mistrust between management and employee and also could create a hostil work enviroment for all. So I ask you, who will be the watch dog for supervision? Seniority, with this system my twenty five plus years now don't mean a thing, thoughtout my career this is all we were told matter, or at least a big part. Now it don't mean squat! I am a wealth of expertise and I got that through years on the job with many different supervisiors not just my present one.
