Comments:
I am opposed to the NSPS, regardless of the changes in employee managerment, why is this all a "big secret" ? I have received only a few mandatory emails, which forces me to rely on the media for info. As a 20 year veteran when change in the military came, it came with training before the change. I have been afforded no such training which means the learning will be "on the job". Sending legislation which takes days to read and absorb is ridiculous. How can one endorse a program one knows nothing about?
