I oppose implementation of NSPS. I've worked hard for the competitive promotions I have received over my 25 years of Government service. I'm proud of my accomplishments and of my performance. I do not agree with the proposed system which will change the way workers are paid, evaluated, promoted, fired, scheduled, and treated. I especially don't want to lose the promotions I've gained by being banded with lower graded employees. The proposed rules would create a system which allows Federal managers to determine the fate of their employees based on favoritism. It's a good example of the Government THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX. Now, you need to get back in the box and think some more! What's tried and true is not always bad! New isn't always better! Don't create change for the sake of change.
