I feel the RIF procedures that is currently be considered is not measured towards the people who has fought and died for our American freedom. If anything these changes are based on age and the luck of the draw of individual who are working on selected projects. Individuals can be shifted to selected jobs that has no funding whereby these individuals can and will be removed from their employment. This has happen in the private section over many many years with no reguards to what these individuals has done toward securing our freedom.
