You must be joking. I have a degree and you don't, I'm Black and your not, I live here and I don't want your kind in my sub-division. You are undermining the basic trust of the American People, Fiscal responsibility. You have pushed off your duties to individuals, who lack moral integrity, who will abuse their responsibility at every turn. You will turn every directorate into a battle field of those and us. How fairly will a degreed professional who lacks integrity, treat the directorate secrateries. How will the Blue treat the green when it comes to pay bands. How can someone report mission failure to the man that is controlling his promotions and pay advances? I guess this is typical government ignorance at its best, it working so let's break it. Thanks in advance, for making an unrewarding job even more unbearable.
