I am new to the Civil Service and has just been hired 7 months ago. Civil Service use to be the one system that was fair when it came to hiring and firing of people. It's sad to know that the one job security I thought I had, will no longer be affected. This change is not a benefit to the people and will cause many cases of discrimination and lawsuits.
