I feel that giving the supervisor the ability to effect pay is wrong. I know employees in my shop who work harder than I that will not get the same raise I would. If your supervisor does not care for you it will effect your pay. We had started to get away from "The Good Old Boys Club" but I see it is coming back. Also killing veterans benefits has become all to common. What a shame.
