Comments:
Those employees who will be transfered to the NSPS on July 2005 will loose their Cost of living and step raises, while, the employees who will be transfered to the NSPS in 2007 will continue getting their Cost of living and step raises. Performance raises will hard to come by because of limited fund for the raises and the supervisor factor. In general, supervisors will give raises to whom they like (personality, attitude, politics, golf buddy etc.) not who deserve it. I have received very good annual appraisal ratings and awards in last several years (no complains), however, now I am scared because I am not a politician and do not play games. PLEASE consider these fectors in your final decision. Thanks
