They say the old system lets slackers get by with not doing much. That is the fault of their supervisor, not the system. I hear people complain that so and so does nothing, but is rewarded. That is the fault of their supervisor, not the system. If the present system is flawed, then the blame lies completely with management, not the workers. How will you ensure that recognition/pay-bonuses will be fairly given when you have x number of the same classification employess working for multipule supervisors? In saying that, it is my perception, that any input on my part will make no difference.
