It is many times that we see preferential treatment of some "select" employees. These employees are the "most liked" by upper management. It seems that under NSPS, it rewards and promotes favoritism instead of rewarding work accomplished. Your salary, awards, or raises should not be placed in the hands of one individual. This NSPS will give these types of employees a greater advantage over the employees that are truly doing the job that they are hired to do. As well as giving too much authority of your salary, which in the long run will affect one's high three when retiring, to one person that can make or break you. It's sad.
