I would like to know how specifically pay raises will be distributed and by whom. I work in Clinical Engineering / Logistics. Will the hospital commander be the one to say who gets what and how much, or will that be delegated down to department managers such as the Chief of Log or Clinical Engineering. This isn't really explained in anything I've read yet.
