Comments:
My husband is an employee of the Rock Island Arsenal and we support our government's efforts to improve our nation's Homeland Security. But we do not support NSPS. We feel it will lessen federal employees' rights in collective bargaining and lessen their civil service protections. In fact, we strongly oppose NSPS, as we feel it will turn back the clock on protections for our nation's "original" Homeland Security, its Federal Employees. Thank you.
