I think, this is the stupidest thing that has happened in our government since the war, I really don't know what the world is coming to since we have had the bullies we have in Office. I really don't understand what Pay for Peformance has to do with Homeland Security. I just see this as another way for the Bush Administration to take away from the lively hood of the American people to continue this unecessary war with Iraq, haven't the American people suffered enough, with the thousands of lifes af all of our young Men and Women. I have worked for DoD for 15 years. I am angry that these proposals seem to treat employees who help defend our country as the enemy. Most Dod employees work hard and are commited. I believe that mistreating the employees will hurt the agency's mission. I am very upset by NSPS. This system will change the way workers are paid, evaluated, promoted, fired, scheduled, and treated. These rules would create a system in which federal managers are influenced by favortism rather than serving the civil concerns of the American people.
