I have complained about this when it first came out, I complained to my senator and to no avail. I don't think this is a good plan, because it would not be a fair system. we already have a problem with the old system when it comes time for awards, evaulations ect., the supervisors are not fair, they doing things for each other, friends and people they like and people that are certain skin color . This is just too0 much power to give. They will never be fair and base information on the job you do. The number one thing I think they will base your raises and step awards on is skin color.
