Comments:
I have worked for the Government for 37 years and after reading about NSPS two times, I know this will not benefit the overall group of Governent workers. I have watched it for years - if you are in the "Good Old Boys" club you move right up the ladder (grades/large awards). This program will not change that - only get them up the ladder faster. I have witnessed some really dirty things in my career and no one is checking management. This WILL NOT benefit the work force - only give management even more liberty.
